Fitness First & USANA
Thanks to Azie & Ija yang temankan ke IOI Mall Puchong. Well, disebabkan itu yang terdekat, money & energy wise, FF la pilihan I. Ada satu lagi choice, True Fitness (paling dekat kat Taipan USJ) tapi jauh & had to pay more toll. Pakej yang I amek 3 bulan aje. We'll see how it goes kalo ok, i just continue.

In order to expedite my goals (I really have to achieve 'that' challenge) I officially an USANA member now. Hahahaha brape byk aku jadi member la ni. Harap2 bukan hangat2 taik ayam sudah la. Yelah, I pikir, penat2 work out pastu makan tak jaga tak gune gak kan? Bila la mau kembali ke bentuk asal?
Actually, pas kita bersenam, peluh giler2 rase guilty nak makan byk tau atau nak makan yang unhealthy. Cume bila tak dpt nak pi gym sebab bz, bla..bla.. masa tu la TERambil makanan yg cube dipantang. Owhhhh tidakk!!

Aku suke kena urut..
My new routines are a) mengurut dan b) fitness prog.. Mengurut tu bagus sebab it make your muscle lean, mane yang keras, berangin tu kasik clear. 1st time kena urut lame about 1.5 jam. Sebab Kak Bibah kate badan aku keras.. Banyak darah tak lancar, muscle cramp, bla, bla...Takpe la kak, mmg sy ni stress kat opis.. Ngadap PC aje.. huhuhu... Yang paling bestnye esoknye bangun pagi badan sgt fresh!! I feel so healthy & tak sakit2 pun.. Kepada sesiapa yang nak mengurut, I sajes Kak Bibah ni. Dia pandai urut ape saje.. hehe u named it (tapi urut batin utk lelaki tak la). Kakak ni banyak amek kursus, including kursus yang dianjurkan oleh CEPP, UTM Skudai. She can be access in Port Dickson. Tapi kalo ado permintaan leh je request ye..Harga pun sgt berpatutan. kalau la dia kat Putrajaya ni, hari2 aku pi mengurut.. Neway, kalo korang bercuti-cuti kat PD pun leh je kol dia. Nanti dia dtg la hotel. Price runding la ngan dia... Ni contact no. dia yer.

Aku tetap pegang to prinsip ni "If you can't be good at all, be good to others". I mean, hey, we cannot pleased everybody. Kalau aku ada buat salah, sorry duhh. Bukanlah manusia namenye kalo tak buat salah. Takpelah, aku terima orang lain pun ada masalah. Takpelah ko nak buat muke ketat. Next aku wat muke ketat jangan la terasa hati pulak.. :)
