Those 2 pics above really makes me calm. The last trip memang banyak habiskan masa dengan ayang. I mean cuti2 mesia la di kala orang lain sibuk kerja. 1stly Genting, then fishing trip and lastly Ipoh trip. Cume fishing trip je tak sempat nak story. Syg plak tak story sebab dah snap gambar kan?

Hasilnya bukan ikan tetapi adalah sunburn. Pas balik dari Genting yg sejuk tu (pipi pun blushing aje sebab kering) terus kena bahang panas kat kolam (even ada pokok kelapa tempat teduh). Habis muke ku & hubby. Semua menggelupas. Ikan semua catch & release sebab semua masih muda belia lagi. Nak makan pun kesian.

To all fishing lovers out there, bulan depan on 19th Feb ada open fishing contest kat tasik putrajaya (which tasik i'll inform). Me & husband thinking of join the contest & will ajak his Blood Crew team..

Day 1 (23 Jan)

Akhirnya hari yang dinanti tiba jua. Aku cuti lagi untuk sekian kalinya di bulan Januari ini. Hahaha harus la simpan cuti sampai bulan 5 nie.

Me & hubby heading to Ipoh, mlm ni kinkin nikah. sebagai membalas jasa & budi kin yang banyak temankan aku masa wedding aku last year aku tak kesah la nak amek cuti & keluar duit pi ipoh & stay kat sana. Pasnie rase dah tak de sape dah aku nak treat mcm tu.

kami dok kat budget hotel aje (The Majestic Ipoh). Very the classic u know sebab located the same building dgn KTM Ipoh. Aku and hubby tak kesah pun lepak mane asal kitorang leh tido, mandi & berehat.

Day 2 (24 Jan)

Perantin kale ijau pokok pisang..ekin nampak lain sgt and of coz chanteq :). Sempat gak jumpe juli stelah sekian lame tak bersua. Perot pun dah beso tapi juli maintain cute & tembam :p

The same day birthday ibu (16 Januari) [Happy Birthday Ibu]me & husband & kengkawan went to Genting Kota Keriangan. Many thanks to Lyn for her effort arranging our free accomodation there..cayang ko lyn.. semue kapel yang gi sudah pun berkawen kecuali Dijah & Pian and Nora & Man (hehehe).

Day 1 (16 Jan) - i cuti okeee

Day 2 (17 Jan)

Today kena all out indoor & outdoor. Emph sampai lenguh2 la.. and because of too many crowd, tak sempat nak merasa semua game. But for sure solero shock still the best.

Tudung oh Tudung

Baru semalam dapat tudung ariani ni. Actually bukanlah tudung ariani, but the quality is almost the same % the price also cheaper. Pernah gak beli tudung mcm ni before this, tapi rase dia berbeza sebab pengeras awning tu keras. So, tak leh la nak adjust bentuk muka, bulat aje. Lagipun tudung tu murah aje (RM20) and bercorakkan 'orang tua'. keh keh keh.

Thanks to Diera (yang jual tudung nie) and also my sis Fara sebab perkenalkan tudung ni. woooo, sangat puas hati and sedap dipakai. Tadi makan kat kafe ada la yang nengok2..hehehe :p Diera pun ada banyak collection, bukan aje yang plain yang bercorak 'orang muda' pun banyak..and of course chanteq....

Haa... yang ni plak, sandle comel yang baru beli last week. At first tak nak menyopping, just temankan ibu aje. Tapi terbeli la pulak sebab cannot resist kesedapan kakiku bila memakainye. Well tadi cakap pasal tudung, ape ke mengena ngan sandle ni plak kan??? Sebab sandle ni la, i bought the tudung. nak matching bila pakai sweater baru yang akan dipakai masa nak pi enjoy ngan geng husband kat genting jumaat depan..yahooo.

I'm in Syndrome but no PMS ha..

This evening i went to Klinik Putrajaya. The reason is i'm having ear sore (hehe sakit tinge la) and i had difficulty to open my mouth wider especially bila makan benda yg liat-liat, keras. Actually this is the third time i face the situation within these few weeks. But after ate rendang free td sakit tinge tak hengat...

Bila check ngan physicians, ok..siap dr. ckp tinge chantek lagi. agaknye mcmane la tinge chantek ek? so dr. soh saya refer dentist plak. Ni masalah jaw. It so happen memang dari dulu lagi my jaw selalu clicking everytime menguap atau bukak mulut besar. Dentist said i had TMJ Dysfunction Syndrome. What the hell is that?

WHAT IS TMJ?

TMJ is a disorder of the jaw joint and related structures where:

• the ball (condyle);
• socket (fossa); and
  
• cushioning disk (meniscus)

of the joint are damaged or misaligned.

Over time, the meniscus becomes increasingly compressed and torn, allowing the bony structures of the ball and socket to deteriorate at an accelerating rate due to the grinding wear on the joint and the loss of cushioning effect of the meniscus.

This grinding (crepitus) and concurrent pressure on the capsular ligament surrounding the joint can cause head pain, and may create difficulty in opening or closing of the mouth.

The body attempts to realign the joint using the musculature in the face, jaw and neck. As these muscles become fatigued, additional muscles in the shoulders and back attempt to help this condition, then become stressed themselves. This can cause symptoms of generalized muscle pain and weakness that are diagnosed as Myofascial Pain Dysfunction Syndrome (Fibromyalgia) and/or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Woo dats y i've lost apetite within few weeks and always wanted soup, porridge, benda2 lembut. Tak lalu makan & seriously memang saket pale. Dah 2 hari gak tak leh tido. I guess, its one of the symptom la tu. Patut la....

Dentist adviced me to:

• tuam jaw ngan towel panas atau pre-heated gel bag at least 5x/day.tp tak buat lagi..
• masa tengok tv ke, tengah melangok ke, jangan ketap gigi..bagi space antara gigi atas & bawah tu..so dat jaw muscle less stress.
• mkn benda2 lembut je for the 2 weeks.
• kalo saket sgt telah la brufen ke any pain killer la. tp saya allergic so kena tahan je la saket.
• This TMJ has no cure and even there's always option to do surgery it is unsure it will cure and may happen again. And also no specific medification for this.
  

Takpe la, nak wat camne kan? I always got mcm2 saket tapi alhamdulillah tak pernah la yang teruk2. Nak membuang dosa2 agaknye. Redha dengan ketentuanNya, itu lebih baik sebab saket tu suatu nikmat & peringatan kepada hambaNya.
